Our motto is “fun, friendly, fierce,” so come ready to work hard, feel welcomed, smile, and have a laugh! In the first 40 minutes, we jump to burn calories fast, followed by 20 minutes of toning the body while lying on the trampolines. We’ve got beginners in every session, so don’t stress about feeling self-conscious—everyone’s bouncing at their own pace. It usually takes about 3 sessions to get used to the moves and feel the rhythm, but here’s a heads-up: it’s addictive!.
The most effective way to Bounce is to bend your knees, lean forward, tighten your tummy and push hard from the knees deep into the trampoline mat. If you’re bouncing on the balls of your feet slightly you’ll have more control engaging the abs every time you jump you’ll be working the tummy too. Speak with your instructor before your first class for guidance.
You can rock standard gym attire with trainers and, for the ladies, a good sports bra is a must with all that bouncing around! Bring a water bottle and a towel if you’d like, but most importantly, come with a good sense of humor—smiles and laughs are part of the fun!
Absolutely, yes! To make ((Bounce)) easier, you can bop along lightly, barely lifting your feet off the mat to lower the intensity, but still push yourself to enjoy the exercise and stay motivated. We take breaks every 4 or so songs for a quick drink, since ((Bounce)) is programmed in intervals as a high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) workout. Feel free to stop and rest at any point—we usually break for a quick drink every 4 or so songs. It’s your class, so go at your own pace!

Yup! As long as you’re bouncing you’re exercising! The coordination will come in time as you do more classes. For now just enjoy the ride.

Yes! I would say the majority do. They’ve made friends and recognize faces over time but a lot started out on their own. Classes aren’t cliquey and everyone talks to everyone.
Kids aged 8 and up are welcome to join in on the fun and participate in any of our regular classes! However, children under 16 need adult supervision to ensure everyone stays safe while bouncing.
Our child-friendly sessions mean kids of any age can hang out in the studio while you get your workout on! Feel free to bring toys, food, prams, and more—whatever keeps your little ones happy. No need to stress about breastfeeding, potty runs, or needing a quick cuddle break in between jumps. There might be a tantrum or two, or you may end up sharing your trampoline with your kiddo (our instructor often does too!). No worries—we’ve got you covered, and the workout stays the same for everyone.
Many health professionals recommend rebounding as a low-impact exercise during pregnancy or while recovering from an injury, thanks to the gentle nature of bouncing. However, every body is different—what works for one person may not suit another. We strongly suggest consulting your doctor before joining to ensure ((Bounce)) is right for you.
If you’ve given birth naturally, you can join us after 6 weeks. For a C-section, we recommend waiting 12 weeks. Always check with your healthcare provider to ensure you’re ready to bounce back into fitness!

  2. Select the date and time of the class you want to attend and hit confirm.

  3. Select Pay with Stripe, enter your payment info and hit confirm.

That’s it! You’re all booked for the next class. For first-time visitors, you might notice there’s no location listed with your booking confirmation. Don’t Worry! The location will be provided in an email reminder 24 hours before class starts.

4-Class Pack Bookings: If you choose a 4-Pack, all the steps above apply except for one difference. You’ll need to book all four visits in advance for a total of $65. The booking will be rejected otherwise, so please make sure you book all four classes at once.
