Why do I love Bounce?
Life’s got a way of throwing curveballs that knock you flat, but Bounce reignited my spark and brought my heart back to life. When I first hopped on this journey, I was 178 pounds—now I’m bouncing around at 160! If I can do it, you can too! Let’s bounce into a healthier, happier you together!

Currently only offering the original ((BOUNCE)) class in Teulon and Selkirk. I’m hoping to complete the training for a couple of other class types soon. Stay tuned!
